I work in sculpture and installation to accentuate the unique properties and agency of materials and space and use their visual language to poeticise my lived experience. I play with their inherent ability to express tension, intimacy, and transformation. I use the materials to find the spaces where opposites meet, in the balance between beauty and horror, light and shadow, death and life, or spirit and matter, revealing the tension in spaces that exist between dualities. Through my practice, I reflect on the fluidity of time, the interconnectedness and yearning of dreams and reality, and the shifting boundaries between what is seen and unseen.

I acknowledge the Traditional Owners of country throughout Australia- specifically Dharug country where I live and work.

I recognise and acknowledge the first peoples continuing connection to land, waters and culture.

I pay my respects to their Elders past, present and emerging and acknowledge that sovereignty has never been ceded.
